Mr. Buckley started EOS Healthcare Solutions with his business partner Joseph Pellicano.  Their vision continues to be a boutique firm that assists medical groups and hospitals with the recruitment and retention of quality professionals with the most economical means possible.  Through his years as a healthcare professional and as a consultant, Mr. Buckley has witnessed the adverse effects when a facility/group lacks a strong retention plan.  This, along with the physician shortage, has prompted him to focus a large portion of EOS’ consulting efforts in the area of retention.

EOS remains a strong partner with organizations when it comes to physician and mid-level recruitment.  They are shifting their focus towards helping groups and hospitals attain their staffing goals in the most cost effective way.  Mr. Buckley has begun to consult with hospitals and groups regarding Physician Retention.  This is an area that needs to come to the forefront of the hospital/group’s staffing plan.  The retention plan starts during the recruitment process and continues throughout the practitioner’s career.  A tremendous amount of money is spent throughout the recruitment process to draw key individuals to a group or facility, but little money/resources are being utilized to keep the talent in place.
